So our Mass goes back, without essential change, to the age when it first developed out of the oldest liturgy of all. It is still redolent of that liturgy, of the days when Cæsar ruled the world and thought he could stamp out the faith of Christ, when our fathers met together before dawn and sang a hymn to Christ as to a God. The final result of our enquiry is that, in spite of unsolved problems, in spite of later changes, there is not in Christendom another rite so venerable as ours. ~Fortescue

SAINT PIUS V
THE IMMORTAL DOMINICAN
Resting place of the relics of St. Pius V - Santa Maria Maggiore
St. Pius V attributed victory over the Turks to Our Lady
I recently bought an original silver gelatin photograph of Pope Pius X that has some sort of original seal, I am presuming from the Vatican, impressed into it, as well as a lengthy statement, hand-written in French in two separate hands. Might anyone be willing and/or able to assist me with a translation?

Do you know where is the statue of Pius V located?
Statue by Francesco Nuvoloni - 1692, Pavia - Piazza Ghislieri
